# 19 Discovering web 2.0 tools

I chose www.threadless.com, an online retailing website of T-shirts from the 2008 list of Web 2.0 Awards nominees. This retailing website is very interesting as customers can design T-shirts by themselves. They can send their designs and photos and make money out of them. This website is not only an online retailer but also an online entertainer that makes the shopping a funner experience. The idea of this website makes me think that we may need to use a similar tool to get students more involved with the teaching process we experience as lectures. Students maybe more active if they can suggest cases for study for example.
